Palm three is very suitable planting in Cempaga village, Many people are still the palm sugar farmer.
Palm sugar is made traditionally, equipment used also still traditionally, likes: coconut shell for measuring sugar, large skillet for produce sugar, firewood for process to be sugar.
Every morning the farmer departure from home to the land while bring knife and place for palm wine, they are climbing the palm three with traditional equipment.
usually the farmer take the palm wine every morning and afternoon from palm three. they are climbing the three by some modification of bamboo stair.
Palm wine will be put on the big pan while be heathen bu traditional fire, about 3- 4 hours heathen palm wine will be change to be palm sugar , then palm sugar which is still liquid put on the coconut shell which has been cleaned by water.
waiting a few minutes liquid palm sugar will be solid sugar and ready to sell or used for long time
Some times the people are also selling with liquid type.
